What are my Membership plan options?

HelloTech Home Memberships are available in three plan duration options – 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Pricing for each is as follows:

  • 3 months: $59
  • 6 months: $109
  • 12 months: $199

Payment for each plan is billed upfront and will auto-renew at the end of each billing period. If you no longer have a need for your Membership services, you can cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being billed. 

Do I have to use all of the benefits in the membership?

All of the benefits included in our membership plans are strictly optional. Our principal objective is to help you keep your tech secure and simplify your life.

How does the no-risk HelloTech membership guarantee work?

If you are not satisfied with your HelloTech Home membership, you can cancel your plan within 30 days of signing up and receive a full refund of any membership dues paid minus any discounts you may have received on services.

If you cancel after 30 days of signing up, you will receive a pro-rated refund minus any discounts you may have received on services.

What is the Home Technology Checkup?

The Home Technology Checkup is an in-home visit where a HelloTech expert reviews your home’s technology systems. This comprehensive review includes your main computer, Internet connection, router, and WiFi. It results in an actionable report you can use to understand how your tech systems are working and ways to improve their performance and security.
